Synced from the Python app's 🎫 Vouchers tab. Tap Today (or pick a day manually), check the service, then enter Pax and Water counts and tap Export. The Python app will apply it back onto that day's Vouchers row next time you Import from Drive there.

Every entry sent with ☁ Export (Template, Pax & Water, Shops) is recorded here, newest first, and so is every Meals report you generate. Tap 👁 View on any entry to expand it and see everything that was saved — not just the summary line. Double-tap an entry (or long-press on mobile) to reload it — Template/Pax & Water/Shops entries reload into their tab so you can review, tweak, and Export again; Meals entries reopen the saved report (read-only) in the Meals tab.

Mirrors the Python app's TourBank tab, refreshed every time you tap Import from Drive. Rows highlighted gold are marked CARD, and blue rows are SITE — sightseeing names pulled in from the Handover tab that weren't already in TourBank. Both CARD and SITE rows are offered in the Supplier dropdown above, along with their Price/Person. Double-tap (or double-click) a row to flip it between CARD and CASH — flipping a row to CARD also drops it straight into the Supplier field in the Payments on CC block above.

Synced from the Python app's Missed tab. Scroll sideways to see every site — the Traveller column stays frozen. Double-tap (or double-click) a cell to mark/unmark a missed visit (🟡). Tap Export Missed Visits to send your marks back; the Python app applies them the next time you Import from Drive there (existing marks on the desktop are never removed by this — only new ones are added).

Synced from the Python app's Final Optional Summary tab. Double-tap (or double-click) a cell to cycle its payment status: blank → Pre-Paid → Cash → Credit → blank. Cells with a blue outline were auto-filled from the manifest. Tap Load Manifest File and pick the Gate1 manifest PDF for this tour code (—) from your Downloads folder — phone or computer — to fill in anything still blank; it never overwrites a cell that already has data. Tap Export Final Optional to send everything back; the Python app applies it the next time you Import from Drive there (existing desktop data is never overwritten).

Synced from the Python app's Itinerary tab. The window below shows the original Technical Itinerary PDF — the exact file loaded in the Import tab's Itinerary slot, uploaded to Google Drive from Export PDF + QR to Drive — and appears automatically as soon as you Import from Drive, no button needed. Open in Drive opens the same file in a new browser tab using Google Drive's own viewer, if you'd rather see it full-screen there. Show Day Notes lists each day's number, date and title together with its note — the text pulled from the right-hand notes column of the source itinerary PDF, which is separate from the left-hand time/activity list.

Synced from the Python app's Rooming tab — traveller names down the side, one column per hotel/cabin across the top. Tap a hotel's column header to select it below, then add the hotel's room list as a PDF, one or more photos, or a camera shot — Gemini reads it and matches room numbers to the right traveller by name automatically. Double-tap (or double-click) a cell to correct a single room number by hand. Requires a Gemini API Key set in Settings.

📷 Take Photo or 🖼 Upload Photos to add every page of the meal-choice sheet — add as many pages as you need for a large group; the meal names in the 1st row can repeat on every page and that's fine. Tap 🔎 Process Meals and each page's table is read (name column + one column per meal) to find, per person, which meal's column is marked — a highlighter stroke, tick, circle, or typed choice all count. Pages are combined into two reports: pax count per meal, and the list of names per meal. Detection is approximate — always check the results against the photos, especially near sheet edges or faint marks. Setting Meal Options in Settings to match the header text exactly (e.g. "Meat lunch, Chicken or fish Lunch, Vegetarian lunch") makes detection more reliable across multi-page sheets.

If a Gemini API Key is set in Settings, photos are sent to the Gemini API to read the sheet (usually much more accurate, especially for coloured marks) — otherwise everything runs on-device with no photos leaving your phone.

This reads straight from the Google Drive folder the desktop app's ☁ Export to Drive button set up for this tour — nothing to import, nothing printed. Tap 🔄 Refresh to pull the restaurant Choices sheets and the live report for the Tour Code in Settings. Tap any restaurant to open its Choices sheet in Google Sheets. The 🔔 switch below turns Telegram notifications for every choice edit on or off — it's one shared switch for the whole script, not per tour.
